Service, billing, and portal access are governed by operational terms intended to keep onboarding clear, predictable, and low-friction for both the client and the service team.

A payment method may be collected during onboarding, but billing begins only after verification is complete and the service start process is approved. No charge is processed at the time of request submission.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate property information and any access details required for safe, timely service delivery. Missed access may result in a skipped visit without refund.
Barons & Buttons reserves the right to adjust service scope, frequency, or pricing with reasonable notice. Clients will be notified of material changes before they take effect.
Either party may cancel recurring service with reasonable written notice. Billing for the current service period will be settled before cancellation is finalised.
Barons & Buttons is not liable for pre-existing equipment failures, damage caused by circumstances outside our control, or losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the client.
Portal access is limited to authorised households and may be suspended or reissued when account security, identity, or service eligibility requires review.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in San Antonio, Texas.
